- The German house producer has reinterpreted two Krautrock tracks originally produced in the '70s.
Edward has reinterpreted two Krautrock pieces by Brian Eno and Harmonia.
The reinterpretations will be released by Oliver Hafenbauer's Die Orakel label in November. For the A-side, Edward takes on "Atmosphere," a three-minute cut recorded in the '70s, but not given an official release until it appeared as a bonus track on a 2009 reissue of Tracks & Traces. A reinterpretation of Harmonia's "Sehr Kosmisch" sits on the flip. That track originally appeared on the group's debut album, Musik Von Harmonia.
Listen to snippets from the new 12-inch below.
