Demdike Stare play all night in London

- Sean Canty and Miles Whittaker will perform as part of the first Stour Space Weekender at the end of May.
- Demdike Stare will play all-night long at Stour Space in London on Saturday, May 28th. The experimental duo have been booked for the first edition of Stour Space Weekender, a music and arts festival taking place at the Hackney Wick spot from May 26th through 30th. The four-day event will celebrate the opening of a new bar above the current events space/art gallery. Friday's lineup, a collaboration with local promoter Bustin' Loose, will be more diverse, with slots for London Afrobeat Collective (who will play live), Afriquoi, Thirsty Work and Lobster Theremin affiliates Moodcut and DJ Sonikku. As well as music, the weekender will feature exhibitions, film screenings, workshops, markets and spoken word, with many activities free of charge. For the schedule in full, head here.
