- The Berlin three-piece band will release Gold in July.
Macro will release KUF's first album, Gold, on July 1st.
The trio debuted on Stefan Goldmann's label with the Odyssee EP back in February. The Berlin-based band comprises bass player Valentin Link, drummer Hendrik Havekost and vocalist Tom Schneider, who samples and twists his vocal sounds rather than singing. The label calls their music "as warm, cozy and exciting as it is utterly alien," inspired by funk and R&B and "shaped with the aesthetics of raw MPC-based cut-up techno."
