  • Pioneer has revealed full details of the DDJ-RZX, a new controller for audio and video. Due to hit shelves in July, the DDJ-RZX takes some of its features—large jog wheels, multi-coloured pads—from Pioneer's CDJ-2000NXS2 multiplayer and DJM mixer series. The new product is an all-in-one, four-channel controller for mixing audio and video on the fly, designed to sync with the newly-released rekordbox Plus Pack. The DDJ-RZX allows its user to mix image files as if they were audio, making it possible to create slideshows on the fly. It's all done via three touch screens. Users can also link the DDJ-RZX to a camera via their computer, which makes live streaming to a nearby monitor possible, too. The suggested retail price is €2,999. Watch a trailer for the DDJ-RZX.
The Pioneer DDJ-RZX will be available in July for €2,999.
