Mood II Swing to headline A Club Called Rhonda

- Bok Bok and Zernell join the New York house duo at Los Globos this month.
- A Club Called Rhonda has booked Mood II Swing for their July 22nd party at Los Globos. The duo of John Ciafone and Lem Springsteen are behind a string of early and mid-'90s house classics, and also produced hits for Ultra Nate and Kim English. Despite all that, the group's lack of touring made them relatively behind-the-scenes characters in East Coast house story. This looks to be changing as of late. They're booked for the Dimensions Festival as well as the Paradise closing party at DC-10 this summer, but first they'll hit LA. Joining them at the Silver Lake venue is Night Slugs boss Bok Bok as well as Zernell, who looks after the Grimy! label and has been rubbing shoulders with Theo Parrish and Marcellus Pittman as of late. Zernell looks after the Crate Diggers partnership with Discogs, which sees deeply rooted DJs spinning parties following record fairs.
