  • The lineup for this year's Ostgut Ton showcase at Berghain has been finalised. As usual, most of the artists on Ostgut Ton, Berghain's popular in-house label, will step up. From Saturday evening through Monday morning, there'll be slots for more than two-dozen Ostgut Ton affiliates, who play across for areas in the club: Berghain, Panorama Bar, Elektroakustischer Salon and the outdoor garden. Techno fans can look forward to DJ sets from Berghain mainstays such as Marcel Dettmann, Norman Nodge, Ben Klock, Answer Code Request and Function, along with live performances by Ostgut Ton newcomers Terence Fixmer and Vatican Shadow. Those after house, disco and ambient also have a long list of names to choose from. Efdemin, Ryan Elliott, Nick Höppner, Matthew Styles and Virginia spin in Panorama Bar, while Doms & Deykers (AKA Steffi and Martyn) play live. There'll be sunny sounds in the garden, too, courtesy of longtime residents nd_baumecker and Tama Sumo. In the Elektroakustischer Salon, a cavernous chill out-style room typically reserved for ambient, Jenus, Len Faki, Tobias. and a rare The 7th Plain set from Luke Slater are all locked in.
