  • Ministry Of Sound has cancelled M25 Festival, which was due to take place at London's Trent Country Park on Sunday, August 7th. The daylong event was initially set up in celebration of the club's 25th anniversary, with house veterans like François K, DJ Sneak and Erick Morillo among the acts booked. However, today (Monday, July 18th) the organisers released a statement confirming the festival's forced cancellation: "We are sorry to announce that M25 Festival, due to take place on August 7th at Trent Park in Cockfosters, will no longer be going ahead. This decision was not arrived at lightly. We are immensely sorry to the festivalgoers who have already bought their tickets. You will of course receive a full refund for your tickets. We also extend our sincere apologies to the artists and suppliers. For all ticket refunds please contact the ticket site directly who will process your refunds promptly."
