  • Amsterdam label and events crew Dekmantel is collaborating again with the locally based streetwear brand Patta. Dekmantel and Patta first linked up last year to put out an assortment of limited-edition vinyl and clothing ahead of the popular annual Dekmantel Festival, and they're doing it again this summer, on the lead-up to the early-August festival weekend. This Dekmantel x Patta Collection will come in two drops—each including a two-track vinyl EP and three streetwear pieces—on July 28th and August 3rd, available only at the respective webshops, the Patta store and the festival itself. Each EP involves a fresh look at music from last year's series. The first brings together a repress of Young Marco's highly sought-after "The Best I Could Do (With What I Had)" and a remix from Amsterdam-based LA producer Suzanne Kraft. Next, Tom Trago's "Brutal Romance" will get another release, in the form of "TT's Love Fix," which will be backed by a rework from French artist and Versatile Records boss Gilb'R. A football jersey, shorts, hoodie, long-sleeved T-shirt and two bags make up the streetwear offerings. Check out samples of both records.
