Blocaus celebrates 4th birthday, launches label

- Longtime resident Anetha will inaugurate the Parisian techno party's new outlet.
- Blocaus will celebrate its fourth birthday at Concrete on Friday, September 30th. Launched in 2012, Blocaus has since established itself as one of Paris's key techno parties. Though events have mostly taken place at La Machine Du Moulin Rouge over the past few years, this month's anniversary session will go down at Concrete, spread across both rooms. Blocaus residents EXAL, AWB and BLNDR will share the decks with Bossmusik founder Johanna Schneider on the Woodfloor, while Kangding Ray and Headless Horseman play downstairs. They'll be joined by Rotterdam-based DJ stranger (NL) and local staple Anetha, who will go back-to-back. In October, the party will expand its offering, launching a record label called Blocaus Series. Resident DJ Anetha will contribute the first release with 3 tracks "inspired by 90's rave cuts", the press release says. The Leftover Love EP will also include a remix of the title track by Dutch producer Stranger.
