Midland, Erika play Honey Soundsystem ninth anniversary day party

- Honey Soundsystem will celebrate nine years in business with a day party at The Midway on October 9th. These days Honey Soundsystem—the DJ and party crew comprising Josh Cheon, Jason Kendig, Robot Hustle and Jackie House—are busy DJing around the world, often splitting up to take on multiple gigs in one night. Their roots, however, lie in their infamous San Francisco parties thrown at bars like the Holy Cow. For their ninth birthday, Honey will take over the indoor-outdoor venue The Midway for a party that starts at 4 PM and goes until 11 PM. UK star Midland is on headlining duties, and Erika, a crucial part of Detroit's stalwart Interdimensional Transmissions posse, will perform live.
