  • Scuba has had to cancel his gig at smartbar in Chicago tonight. In a statement on Facebook today, Paul Rose explained why he wouldn't be making it to the first date of his North American tour. "My visa was approved at the start of this week," he wrote, "and I've been sat at home ever since waiting for the US embassy in London to send my passport back. It hasn't yet arrived. This is an extremely frustrating situation for me as I applied for the visa as soon as the shows on this trip were confirmed, which should've been more than enough time to get it done." He goes on to say that this will likely be the only stop on the tour he'll have to miss, and that anyone who bought an advance ticket tonight will get in free to his next club show in Chicago. Refunds will be available for those who want them. The club's resident Chrissy will be playing all night long in Scuba's stead.
