- The Chicago jock will help House Of Loom, which is set to close at the end of the year, celebrate a half-decade in operation.
Ron Trent will swing through Omaha this Saturday to play House Of Loom's five-year anniversary.
The busy downtown nightclub opened in 2011—and has recently announced that, with the upcoming expiration of its lease, it will close after a New Year's Eve soirée and revert back to its previous pop-up format under the name Loom. But first, kicking off a series of farewell events, House Of Loom will celebrate five years in business this weekend. Chicago house legend Trent is the headliner, making what looks to be his first Omaha appearance (or at least a very rare one), and local support will come from club and party co-founder Brent Crampton.
Tune in to a cut Trent released earlier this year through his Musicandpower label, "Liquid Love."
