- The debut 12-inches from Guy Tavares's group launched the foundational Hague imprint in the early '90s.
Bunker Records will repress its first two releases, both untitled records from label founder Guy Tavares's Unit Moebius project.
Bunker kicked off in 1992 with a five-track EP from Unit Moebius, highlighting a Hague scene that was increasingly obsessed with Detroit techno. Positioning themselves as a fiercely independent European counterpart to Underground Resistance, Tavares and Jan Duivenvoorden were the core members of Unit Moebius, but other producers such as Ferenc E. van der Sluijs (I-F), Menno Van Os and Richard Van Den Bogaert would also contribute over the project's prolific run. Bunker would go on to release records from Legowelt, Luke Eargoggle, Orgue Electronique, $tinkworx and The Exaltics, among others, with the imprint and sub-labels like Panzerkreuz continuing to snap up modern-day acolytes like Helena Hauff.
