The first names have also been revealed for sister festival Into The Factory.
Music Goes Further, the company behind the events, announced that it had six new festivals in the works last month, though only three of them—Into The Valley in Estonia, Into The Factory in Sweden and Into The Castle in South Africa—were ready to be unveiled. The lineups for the first two have started taking shape, with Marcel Dettmann, The Black Madonna, Midland, Cassy and Praslesh confirmed for Into The Valley, which is moving from its old home in Rättvik, Sweden, to Rummu, a limestone quarry and former prison near Tallinn.
As the name suggests, Into The Factory will go down at an abandoned cement factory in Nynäshamn, Sweden. DVS1, Dasha Rush, Headless Horseman, Nastia, Ion Ludwig, Shanti Celeste, Mathew Jonson (who will play live) and a back-to-back from Swedish techno veterans Cari Lekebusch and Joel Mull have been confirmed so far. More names will be added to Into The Valley and its sister events in the coming months.
Into The Valley 2017 will go down from June 29th through July 1st, while Into The Factory runs from August 10th through 12th.
