  • Acid Camp, an LA event that built its reputation on Sunday outdoor events, will release its first record on January 20th. The first release comes from Seattle producer Simic, a member of the secondnature collective. The A-side, "Corot-7b," comes with a remix from John Tejada, an LA veteran who has made a couple of memorable appearances at Acid Camp (most recently celebrating the 20th anniversary of his own imprint, Palette Recordings). A week before its release, on January 13th, Acid Camp hosts Fachwerk boss Mike Dehnert. LA hardware head Jasen Loveland and The Black Lodge co-founder Force Placement round out the bill. Tickets to that show are available here on RA. You can listen to Simic's Acid Camp single in full ahead of its release.
