  • Felix K has an ambient album on the way. Die Kunst zu verschwinden, which roughly translates to "the art of disappearing," is a four-track LP covering four sides of vinyl. The German artist will adopt his given name for the first time, releasing the record as Felix Krone via his own Hidden Hawaii label. Limited copies, pressed on transparent wax, will appear in around four-to-six weeks in Berlin's Hard Wax record store. The LP blurs the line between field recordings and machine ambience, drifting between natural landscapes and various shades of echoing electronics. The cover art is being handled by Rohan Reilly. Die Kunst zu verschwinden continues a flurry of activity for Krone. Last year, he released an album with Ena, EPs with BassDee and DB1, and a triple-vinyl pack as Elemnt, his collaborative project with DB1. Read our Machine Love feature with Felix K.
