  • Clone is reissuing The Other People Place's Sunday Night Live At The Laptop Cafe EP. First released in 2002, the two-track EP will come out on Clone Aqualung Series in April. It was the second of two releases by The Other People Place, AKA James Stinson, best known as one of the founding members of Detroit electro outfit Drexciya. The first, 2001's Lifestyles Of The Laptop Cafe LP, has been reissued by Warp Records. Sunday Night Live At The Laptop Cafe—which has been repressed twice already by Clone—features a track by Stinson and another by Sherard Ingram, AKA DJ Stingray, under his lesser-known Mystic Tribe A.I. alias. On their website, Clone describes the 12-inch as "one of those records that get you through the day." Last month, the Rotterdam label said it would reissue another Stinson-related release, Drexciya's Grava 4. Released in 2002, the year Stinson died, it was their final album. Listen to "Sorrow & A Cup Of Joe."
