- Pea Soup / Iodine is his first new material since last year's album.
Kowton will release a new single, Pea Soup / Iodine, on Livity Sound this month.
They're his first new tracks since last year's debut album, Utility, which also landed on Livity Sound, the label and collective he runs with Peverelist. The single consists of two tracks—"Pea Soup," which they call "a fog of old rave stylings and jagged rhythms," and "Iodine," which "puts a UK spin on the classic Detroit sound." It follows a 12-inch from London newcomer Forest Drive West, which came out on Livity Sound in February.
