  • An album by Nídia (formerly known as Nidia Minaj) is coming out via Lisbon's Príncipe label on June 30th. Nídia é Má, Nídia é Fudida is Nídia's first full-length. The artist, who grew up in Lisbon before moving to Bordeaux, first appeared on Príncipe in 2015 with an extended EP called Danger. That same year she was featured on Warp Records' second Lisbon-focused CARGAA compilation. Those releases showcased her unique, kuduro-influenced style, and in the past couple of years she's been touring regularly, playing club and festival shows across Europe. Her album will come out on CD, digital and vinyl formats. The vinyl version ends with a locked groove, "Indian," while the CD contains three bonus tracks: "Kilobo," "Shane Noah" and "Sinistro." Listen to lead single "Sinistro."
