- Roots That Talk, marking the debut of two new producers, is available now.
Sound Signature this week issued Roots That Talk, a split 12-inch from Julion De'Angelo and Thomas Xu.
The label, run by Theo Parrish and marking 20 years in business in 2017, has enlisted two new producers based in Detroit. Xu is already connected to Sound Signature, having designed the artwork for a handful of its records over the past couple years, and De'Angelo appears to have come to Detroit from North Carolina. They each pitch in two tracks for Roots That Talk, which marks their first-ever appearance on wax.
