De La Planet, the Canadian producer's third LP, is out in October.
A new album from The Mole, De La Planet, is on the way, along with a rare US tour.
De La Planet is the third full-length for The Mole, AKA Colin De La Plante. It arrives a little over four years after the Berlin-based Canadian producer's last one, Caregiver. We're told the album sees De La Plante "tapping his enormous reservoir of vinyl and sampling the odd film" to complement the "jaw-dropping arsenal of synthesizers" he used. It'll come out in October through Maybe Tomorrow on double-vinyl and digital formats, along with a cassette tape featuring a bonus modular-only track.
De La Plante has also lined up his first tour of the US in 21 years. The late-September jaunt has him hitting San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Detroit and Brooklyn.
