  • Next up from Ninja Tune is an EP from Peggy Gou called Once, out on March 2nd. It's Gou's second Ninja Tune release, following 2016's Seek For Maktoop, which landed on their club-focused Technicolour sublabel. The Berlin-based artist also sings on the new EP, which includes three tracks that each cater to a specific context—open air, warm-up and "proper party," she says. "I tried to draw on all my influences of the last few years," she explains, "from electro, African music, early '90s house music and also techno, especially Maurice Fulton and DMX Krew." She closed out her RA podcast this week with the EP cut "It Makes You Forget (Itgehane)." Listen to that track.
