Kraftwerk among acts announced for Dimensions Festival 2018

      The Croatian festival, which kicks off Wednesday, August 29th, has revealed its first wave of DJs and live acts.

      Kraftwerk will play the opening concert for Dimensions' latest edition.

      The quartet, who last month won a Grammy Award for 2017's 3-D The Catalogue album, will perform at the Croatian festival's amphitheatre on Wednesday, August 29th. They'll be joined at the concert by Moodymann, the saxophonist Nubya Garcia, Josey Rebelle and Debora Ipekel.

      Over 100 other artists have been confirmed for the Pula-based event's seventh edition. Among the DJs listed are DJ Stingray, Courtesy, Nina Kraviz, The Bug, Helena Hauff, Anastasia Kristensen, DJ LAG, Paula Temple, Detroit In Effect, Vladimir Ivkovic, Jon K, dBridge, Peggy Gou, Darkhouse Family (AKA Earl Jeffers and Don Leisure), Sonja Moonear, Skee Mask, Lena Willikens, Peanut Butter Wolf, Billy Nasty, Nicolas Lutz, Marcellus Pittman, DJ Python, Saoirse, Hunee, K-HAND, Petar Dundov, Alexander Nut, Bonobo, Eddy Ramich and Craig Richards, among others. Discwoman's Umfang and Volvox, will also DJ, as will the full Hessle Audio crew—Ben UFO, Pangaea and Pearson Sound. Maximum Joy, Jon Hopkins, Amp Fiddler, Azymuth & Marcos Valle, James Holden & The Animal Spirits, Underground Resistance's Depth Charge, The Exaltics, Heinrich Dressel & Teslasonic, Ariwo and Jan Kinčl & Regis Kattie are among the live acts locked in.
