  • A new billboard on Detroit's I-75 highway reminds drivers: "Detroit is the birthplace of techno music." Movement promoter Paxahau replaced the previous billboard advertising the festival with the nod to Detroit's history, the Detroit Metro Times reports. It sits atop the Russell Industrial Center, a former factory near the Hamtramck section of the city. The festival will take place from May 26th through 28th at Hart Plaza in Downtown.
