  • Alessandro Cortini is putting out his last album as SONOIO through Dais Records in July. The synth head (and Nine Inch Nails member) is returning to the alias—which is Italian for "it's me"—for the last time with Fine, which, unlike much of Cortini's other solo work, features vocals and driving rhythms. Fine follows two previous, self-titled SONOIO albums, self-released in 2010 and 2011, and it's the first new material from SONOIO since 2014, when Cotrini released first single "Thanks For Calling" through his website. In addition to touring with Nine Inch Nails, Cortini has been making drone, ambient and experimental records for labels like Important and The Point Of Departure Company in the last few years. Watch the video for "Thanks For Calling."
