- The 14-track collection of hybridized drum & bass and jungle comes out at the end of November.
Astrophonica's Gradients Vol. 2 compilation comes out on November 30th.
The three-LP collection lands about six months after Vol. 1, which also focused on uptempo experiments influenced by drum & bass, jungle and footwork. It features some of the key producers from the more unorthodox end of the 160 BPM-plus spectrum, including Sam Binga, Dream Continuum (the duo of Machinedrum and Om Unit), FaltyDL and Sully.
Recent Hyperdub signee Proc Fiskal contributes, as does UK IDM and acid innovator Luke Vibert. Bristol drum & bass hero DJ Die appears alongside Dismantle as DieMantle. Label boss Fracture has a few tracks on the compilation.
