- Semi-Retired is a new Thursday night venture that has been running for a few weeks already at Yelza in Fitzroy. The hosts are DJs Heath Myers and Max Grill and the tunes play from 9pm until 1am in the lush-as-you-like-it Yelza atrium/courtyard, just think "poolside bar in paradise without the pool" and that describes the space. Expect a variety of music, with Heath and Max either shaking it up or taking it quirky. Best of all, entry is FREE.
