James Lavelle is set to release the 26th installment of the highly popular Global Underground series. His second mix for the GU crew comes from the beautiful country of Romania, and is set for a 9 March release date. His first mix for GU, from Barcelona, has currently sold just under 100,000 copies worldwide, so it is no surprise that Lavelle returns to please his fans yet again. Commenting on the upcoming mix, Lavelle had this to say:”Ultimately, I want the album to reflect a really great listening experience. It will be a progression of the last album and will contain the records I like playing out but it will also contain tracks that people will hopefully find a bit different.”
The mix is to contain tracks and remixes from the likes of Sasha, Derrick Carter, DJ Shadow, Ritchie Hawtin and The Chemical Brothers just to name a few. The preliminary tracklisting follows:Disc One - “Beaty And……”
