NRK make it into our pages again with news that L.A resident David Alvarado, a long time associate of NRK’s, makes his label debut this Autumn with a double pack EP. The ‘Transfiguration EP’ is a 5 track collection of deep and minimal dub house grooves.
David Alvarado has produced music for many years now, delivering material for Josh Wink’s Ovum label, Yoshitoshi, Plastic City and Peacefrog. His career took flight with his own Bomb label, run through John Acquaviva & Richie Hawtin’s Intellinet operation in the early 90’s. Other material for Definitive and Stickmen and mix CDs for Guidance and DMC have also showcased his DJ style. ‘Transfiguration EP’ gets released in September.
