  • CoachellaNow in its fifth year, one of the USA’s premier music festivals Coachella, has announced a line-up full of stars for its show on Saturday April 30 and Sunday May 1 at the Empire Polo field. Spread over two days in Indio, California this event is a mash up of over 80 artists, many leading lights in their genre. The full list of confirmed artists are as below: Coachella Line-up : Saturday April 30 Coldplay, Bauhaus, Weezer, Cocteau Twins, The Chemical Brothers, Wilco, Keane, Snow Patrol, Rilo Kiley, Cafe Tacuba, Doves, Sage Francis, Armin Van Buuren, The Raveonettes, Bloc Party, Mercury Rev, Fantomas, Hernan Cattaneo, Spoon, Zap Mama, Dj Peretz, Jamie Cullum, M83, Ambulance LTD, Four Tet, MF Doom, Josh Wink, Amp Fiddler, Tiga, The Kills, Donavon Frankenreiter, The Secret Machines, Boom Bip, Swayzak, Dj Marky, Immortal Technique, Jean Grae, Razorlight, Katie Melua, Radio 4, Buck 65, Eisley, The Sexy Magazines, k-os Coachella Line-up : Sunday May 01 Nine Inch Nails, New Order, Bright Eyes, Gang of Four, The Prodigy, Black Star, The Faint, Roni Size, The Arcade Fire, Roots Manuva, Dj Krush, Thrice, Junkie XL, M.I.A., British Sea Power, The Dresden Dolls, Miss Kittin, The Fiery Furnaces, Aesop Rock, The Perceptionists, Jem, Autolux, Sixtoo, Tegan and Sara, Stereophonics, The Bravery, Matthew Dear, Diplo, Subtle, Beans, Shout Out Louds, The Futureheads, Sloan, Kasabian, The Blood Brothers, Matmos, Wolf Eyes, Gram Rabbit, Smokestacks, Zion Tickets went on sale over the weekend. There are still 2-day passes, single day tickets, and camping tickets available. Tickets are $80 for one day passes with full info at the Coachella site including travel information etc. There are a limited number of two days passes at $150.
