  • The German dance music scene is among the most exciting in the world at the moment. It is also the home of Patrick Bodmer and Philipp Jung, who together make up M.A.N.D.Y. The group are best known for their remixes of Silicone Soul, Mylo, Röyksopp, Freeform Five, Seelenluft and the excellent 'Come into my kitchen' by Joakim. M.A.N.D.Y. are no slouches when it comes to DJing either. They have residencies at Frankfurt's Club Monza and in Berlin's F.U.N. Club and have played at London's Fabric, Le Pulp (Paris) and Cocoon (Ibiza). To date M.A.N.D.Y have released three albums on the German label Get Physical, which they run along with DJ T and Booka Shade (Arno Kammermeier and Walter Merziger). After three years and 25 releases, Get Physical have generated a massive buzz with their countless electro house singles and remixes sweeping across dancefloors globally. Their forthcoming release is Body Language Vol 1. The album has 20 tracks and remixes from artists such as Mathew Johnson, Tiefschwarz, Recloose, Luciano, Marc Houle and many more. Highlight tracks include the exclusive title track “Body Language” from M.A.N.D.Y. vs. Booka Shade, the Robag Wruhme Remix of Slam's “This World”, James Holden's version of André Kraml's “Safari”, and Ricardo Villalobos' remix of DJ Minx's “A Walk In The Park.” The album also features unreleased tracks from Booka Shade, Willzoid and Sunsetpeople. Body Language Vol 1 looks to be an exciting new album showcasing the DJ skills and tastes of M.A.N.D.Y. It will be released on Get Physical in late May.
