Just to prove that the London scene is still bubbling under, RA brings you news of a new weekly Sunday night event in (where else?) Shoreditch: Retox, courtesy of the Alpine Punks - who have been providing "frivolous electro disco" tunage at their monthly Alpine Fever sessions on Sundays at London's AKA bar for the last 3 years - and the boys from respected London (now on-line) record store and label, Eukatech.
Retox looks like it will be offering some fierce competition for Bones & Ramsey's infamous Sunday nighter Machine at nearby On the Rocks. Retox will be kicking off proceedings this Sunday 10th July with their launch party at Night Moves on Shoreditch High Street.
The Insurgents (Boutique) as residents are playing host to a strong line-up in the coming month of both local talent - including Shoreditch Sunday specialists Giles Smith & James Priestley (secretsundaze) and Stuart Geddes (Mulletover) and dj's from further afield - including sets from Kenny Hawkes, Tom Middleton, and Radioslave.
