Take this story with a pinch of salt, but through the grape vine we have heard of a riotous occasion in Croatia recently between Subliminal head honcho Erick Morillo, Motley Crew Hellraiser Tommy Lee and Croation armed gaurds..
Launching a new tennis centre in Croatia last week, Eric was Djing with Tommy Lee on percussion at a party attended by John McEnroe and the rich and famous locals. Acording to a local spokesman the owner of the club didn’t appreciate Tommy’s performance: "The owner didn't think Tommy played long enough, and just wasn't into it. Suddenly on their way to the after-party, Tommy was surrounded by Croatian armed heavies and Erick sizing up the situation, urged pal Tommy to leave with him immediately on his private chartered plane“
With armed heavies demanding a return fee from the eccentric drummer the duo promised a cheque in the post and fled the scene. The plane return to Ibiza where Tommy Lee and guests apparently enjoyed extensive after party celebrations.
Since its launch 3 weeks ago, Ibiza’s Subliminal Sessions has enjoyed packed crowds each Wednesday with headline 5-hour performances from Morillio.
