This week those crazy and very talented Evil Nine guys drop the latest single from their award winning ‘You Can Be Special Too’ album. Like the album, ‘Pearlshot’ will be out through Adam Freeland’s Brighton based Marine Parade label. The record features the unique, dark vocals of Juice Aleem (New Flesh/Gamma/Freeland/ Big Dada), whilst the flip side offers from Switch who recently got us excited with their Chemical Brothers remixes. According to the Marine Parade crew the Switch mix “has that old hip house chug but with that crazy next level twist”.
In other news, there is a rumour currently circulating that the Plump DJs are reworking an Evil Nine track (possibly Devil Stuff), so stay tuned for more info on that.
