Recently revived after moving into their new home of Brown Alley, the Fractured crew celebrate three years of bringing Melbourne the best in breakbeat on Friday 26 August. With the coming of their fourth year and some fresh blood in their promoters team, things look great for Fractured. Their sound base has expanded to include more hip hop, dancehall, drum'n'bass, funk, reggae and live acts. They're also giving some new name DJs a go alongside the big names like Ransom and Lynt, who will be headlining the birthday party this weekend.
To help you celebrate Fractured's third birthday they are offering free drinks from 10:00pm-11:00pm, which will no doubt spread the party cheer! There will be two rooms of music, and in response to punter feedback Brown Alley are working to improve the sound by hiring some new sound equipment and a soundman monitor the production throughout the night.
