- Berlin minimal label Mobilee pop their CD cherry with label comp ‘Back to Back’. Three new remix 12”s are also on their way, featuring Jesse Rose, Anja Schneider, Exercise One...
Good news for those without turntables - Berlin’s Mobilee Records are compiling the best of their back catalogue into CD form. The nine-track, unmixed compilation ‘Back to Back’ will be released October 6, 2006.
Mobilee have also got three 12” remixes platters in the works with artists such Anja Schneider, Daniel Stefanik and Pan-Pot getting the scissors and taking to their labelmates tracks. London’s Jesse Rose [Front Room Recordings, Dubsided] is the only non-Mobilee artist contributing to the project, remixing Pan-Pot’s recent release ‘Black Dog’.
This flurry of activity is in preparation for Mobilee’s inaugural European tour later this year. The ‘Back to Back’ tour will feature Anja Schneider, Sebo K, Pan-Pot, Ralf Kollmann, Exercise One, Daniel Stefanik and GummiHz and runs from October to Demember.
