- Steve Lawler brings the dirty electro end of house to New York this Friday. Lawler will spin at Crobar with DJ Three and Astro & Glyde. Lawler is best known for spinning the dirty, tougher end of prog but he's equally comfortable catering to the hands-in-the-air crowd on the terrace at Space in Ibiza. Recently Lawler has stepped out from under Global Underground, who released his dark and twisted 'Lights Out' compilations, to create his own clubbing brand Viva consisting of a club night and music label. First release was the triple-CD compilation 'Viva - The Album' which hit the shelves in June and showed Lawler venturing into electrohouse and more downtempo waters. Lawler will be joined in New York by DJ Three from the Hallucination label plus progressive house duo Astro & Glyde who've recently released the compilation 'The Best of Dirty Dirty House Vol. 2' on System Recordings.
