Bristol trip-hopper Tricky resurfaces after a five year hiatus with a new album Knowle West Boy due this summer.
A household name in the ‘90s, Tricky has been quiet since his 2003 record Vulnerable. Named after the Bristol suburb where he grew up, Knowle West Boy was largely self-produced in LA and London with a little help from Switch, aka Dave Taylor, on production and mixing duties.
There are two short promo videos for the album, YouTubed below. You can also download the parts to lead single ‘Council Estate’ if you’re in the mood for a spot of remixing.
