- ZTT repackages four of the group's albums in September.
ZTT will re-release four of 808 State's albums in remastered and expanded editions in September.
The house music group, which formed in Manchester, England in 1988, made a name for itself by helping to bring the style into the mainstream along with a host of others. Perhaps their most memorable moment, "Pacific State," won't be included here, but plenty of classics will, such as 90's "Pacific 202," Ex:el's "Spanish Heart," and "Lopez," the group's collaboration with James Dean Bradfield of the Manic Street Preachers on Don Solaris. As for Gorgeous, well…let's just say it wasn't their finest hour. Either way, the group has lovingly remastered each of the original albums and provides a slew of remixes, unreleased material and the like with each individual release.
