- Mark Pritchard, Steve Spacek, Magik Johnson and more will headline the Earthdance Sydney 2008 Global Music Festival for Peace this year on Saturday 13 September at Price Alfred Park in Surry Hills. The not-for-profit community event is held to "foster community participation in arts and music in Australia, support the development of local artists and raise awareness of issues such as peace and the environment." All good things, we reckon. And, what's more, you can feel good about yourself while grooving to an impressive lineup of local and international talent including the likes of Ken Cloud, Deepchild and Marcotix. Entry? Just one gold coin. But we're sure they're accepting much more in the form of donations, so don't be shy!
