- The French producer will release the soundtrack to Olivier Van Hoofstadt's Go Fast in January.
Agoria's latest full-length is an album of tunes taken from and inspired by Olivier Van Hoofstadt's Go Fast. It's due for release in January.
The film is a drug smuggling thriller focusing on the story of the "Go Fasters," drivers of armed cars that travel at high speed whilst transporting large amounts of hashish on France's motorways. The film's producers originally wanted to sign two of Agoria's tracks from his album The Green Armchair, but after Agoria saw the scenes that had been synchronised with his tracks, he offered to record the soundtrack for the whole film.
The soundtrack is a mix of beatless interludes and driving club tracks, all with Agoria's lush electronic signature sound. He again joins forces with long-time vocal collaborator Scande on two of the twelve tracks, as well as his opera singing mother on "Altre Voci."
