  • Dirt Crew are set to release their second album in June. The German duo are comprised of Peter Gijselaers (Break 3000) and Felix Eder (James Flavour), and made their name with early releases on Sasse's Moodmusic label and Traum offshoot My Best Friend. After releasing a collection of their early work and first full album on their own Dirt Crew Recordings label, they've returned to Moodmusic for their sophomore full-length. Entitled Blow, the record sees the pair in a housier mood than usual, taking influence from early Chigago tracks and classic New York house as well as techier European styles. From the rolling funky bassline and dubby stabs of "Deep Cover," through to the disco-tinged house eulogy of "Parade," it's an album that will most likely see club play on housier dance floors as well as home stereos. Tracklist 01. Deep Cover 02. Rough Roads 03. Blow 04. Clap 05. Redux 06. Slope 07. Parade 08. Scenario 09. The Real Shit 10. Star Moodmusic will release Blow on June 8th, 2009.
