The English producer will be touring his recent Nubreed mix for Global Underground.
Rivers' mix is the first instalment in the Nubreed series for seven years, succeeding Satoshie Tommieïs 2002 workour. With previous Nubreed instalments having already been compiled by the likes of Danny Howells, Steve Lawler and Satoshie Tommie, Rivers has been placed in good company, with Global Underground's Andy Horsfield exuding that, "It's been a long search, but finally I've found a DJ worthy of the Nubreed series. Jim's DJing, original productions, and remixing make him stand head and shoulders above the current crop of DJs. He's a true star."
This visit will mark the Australian leg of his current Nubreed tour, which has already seen him touch down in the Middle East, and North and South America. He'll be playing several dates across the country, kicking off in Brisbane, then heading south to Sydney and Melbourne, before finishing up in Perth in early July.
