- Detroit techno legend Carl Craig is set to headline the forthcoming Technique bash next weekend. The Leeds-based crew have been pushing a wide spectrum of forward-thinking house and techno for over eight years now, establishing themselves as one of the top brands for electronic clubbing in a city that has certainly embraced the pulse of four-to-the-floor nightlife. This looks set to continue with next Friday's triple-roomed extravaganza, which takes place at the multi-tiered warehouse space of The Loft (formerly known as The Northern Light). Joining Carl Craig in Technique's main room will be recent RA podcaster Graeme Clark (AKA The Revenge), who'll be offering up his usual combination of disco and sample-heavy house. London tykes Mulletover and DDD will be venturing up from the capital to look after the basement, with Mulletover head honcho Geddes and DDD resident Simon Baker inviting Yorkshire house hero Charles Webster along for the ride. Revellers who like their dance music a little more techy should be satisfied by Mono_Cult's third room, which will see Bearweasel's Dean Muhsin take to the decks alongside their crack team of resident DJs.
