Sounds Clash in 3D at Royal Albert Hall

- Plaid, Clark and The Bug will perform with Martyn Ware's 3D Audioscape installation at RBMA.
- On February 18th, Red Bull Music Academy will host 3D Soundclash, a visually and sonically enhanced music event featuring Plaid, Clark and The Bug. The event will also feature something called the 3D Audioscape, an interactive art installation that manipulates and enhances sound. Designed by Martyn Ware, formerly of The Human League and Heaven 17, the device has effects that are rather difficult to explain in words, so let it suffice to say that it has been described as "some kind of audio version of Avatar." The 3D Audioscape will do its thing in concert with performances by The Bug and Warp Records artists Plaid and Craig, plus a group of 3D visual artists. The event will take place in the loading bay of Royal Albert Hall.
