Amsterdam Dance Event turns 15

- Armin van Buuren, Flying Lotus, Sven Vath, Joris Voorn and Moodymann have been booked for the ADE conference this fall.
- Amsterdam Dance Event has announced details for their 2010 edition, set to take place this October at various clubs around the city. Now in its 15th year, ADE is both a music festival and an industry conference, with panel discussions during the day and dozens of events taking place each night. This year's event promises more than 700 performers at 44 venues around Amsterdam, and expects to host around 100,000 festival goers, plus 2,500 music industry professionals. Over 100 artists have already been announced, with talent ranging from international superstars like Paul Van Dyk to local underground favorites like Newworldaquarium. Other big names include Richie Hawtin, Boys Noize and Armin van Buuren, all of whom will be making return appearances. A raft of Dutch acts are set to perform as well, including Melon, Boris Werner, San Proper and artists from the labels Delsin and Clone. House and techno won't be the only thing on offer: live performances will come from Flying Lotus, Kelis and Hercules & Love Affair among others. Specific venues for each event will be announced in the weeks ahead.
