- Warp will release the first album by the IDM innovator's new alter ego next month.
UK-based producer Tom Jenkinson, best known as Squarepusher, will release his next full-length under his new pseudonym, Shobaleader One.
Entitled d'Emonstrator, the album will be Jenkinson's first since 2008's Just a Souvenir. It's his second release under the new guise, following Cryptic Motion, his single from last month on Paris's Ed Banger Records, but unlike that 12-inch, d'Emonstrator will see release via Jenkinson's usual haunt, Warp Records. Details on the album are still scarce, but based the teaser trailer below, it appears Shobaleader One is a very different beast from Squarepusher:
