  • Australian producer Tornado Wallace, AKA Lewie Day, has been locked in for three gigs in London, beginning this week. Day has been steadily pushing a mixture of tech and slo-mo house via his two monikers for several years now. Labels like Delusions of Grandeur, Sleazy Beats and Murmur have each played host to the Melbourne-born producer's smooth output, much of which has proven popular amongst house and disco DJs around the world. Day will be in deep house mode for his three upcoming London dates, spinning under his Tornado Wallace guise at each of them, so punters can likely expect music in the vein of his records under that moniker: big basslines, smooth chords and memorable hooks. Day will be getting his London dates underway with a set at Warm and Electric Mind's joint venture at Rivington Studios this Friday, after which he'll be stopping into The Horse & Groom for Discovery and Hang the DJ on Sunday. His next scheduled appearance will take place in mid-July, where he'll be headlining the No Fit State afterparty.
