Culprit Sessions announces rooftop program

- Droog and their LA label Culprit have revealed the schedule for this year's rooftop Culprit Sessions, which begins on Sunday, April 1st. Now in its fifth year of operation, the Sunday afternoon gatherings on the Standard Hotel rooftop are some of the West Coast's most picturesque parties. The venue boasts an intimate dancefloor, a fire pit for keeping warm and a spectacular view of LA's downtown skyline as the sun sets. As usual, Culprit's 2012 program features some of today's biggest names in house and techno, including a number of artists who've produced for the label. Craig Richards and The Revenge are the guests for the April 1st opening session, and later in the month Shonky and System Of Survival will play sets. Highlights throughout the year include Maceo Plex, Art Department and Hot Natured (AKA Lee Foss and Jamie Jones). The Droog trio themselves will occasionally take turns on the decks. The rooftop fun winds down with a closing party in October, details for which are still forthcoming.
