- Tru Thoughts will release the first collaborative LP from Zed Bias, Rodney P and Fallacy this July.
UK trio Sleepin' Giantz will release their self-titled debut album this July on Tru Thoughts.
Sleepin Giantz is a super-group of sorts, made up of seasoned bass producer Zed Bias and two veteran MCs: Fallacy and Rodney P. They first appeared together earlier this year with "Badungdeng," the first cut on a Tru Thoughts mini-compilation called Black Gold. Much like that track, the upcoming album presents a high-energy blend of various eras of UK bass music, from garage and grime through to today's mutations of dubstep and house. In addition to the core trio, vocal appearances come from Fox and Jenna G.
